Refrigerator Links
Most of the information on this website was culled from the wonderful websites listed below, posted by equally wonderful people.
My thanks go out to all those involved with each of their projects.
Please visit these sites often. Most carry additional information on Refrigerator not listed here.

Refrigerator Link 2
Page from Midheaven's mail order website where you can purchase Refrigerator music.

Refrigerator Link 3
This is a page set up by Squealer records to promote the release of a great 7" single by Refrigerator, "Louder Than Goodbye" (squealer013).
It also displays a Discography section and Links to other sites.

Refrigerator Link 4
This link takes you to a KCRW show taped with Refrigerator, containing about 30 minutes of songs and chatter.
As the page notes: "Refrigerator's new album is, as always, charmingly idiosyncratic in tone and lyric content, but warmly welcoming musically, with sophisticated melodies and production. They just might be the Inland Empires' favorite underground band."
The files are in RealMedia ".ra" and ".ram" formats, so you will need one of those RealAudio or RealPlayer (or compatible) programs to listen in.

Shrimper Links

Shrimper Link 1
Another Midheaven page showcasing the "available" Shrimper releases for sale.

Shrimper Link 2
A partial history of past Shrimper releases (up to SHR100, so not entirely complete), but an excellent resource.

Magazine / Miscellaneous Links

Last Plane To Jakarta Link
Thoughts and stories and links galore, this is a very interesting read from John Darnielle and friends.

Puncture Magazine Link
The website of the now defunct bi-monthly publication that offered excellent articles/interviews and fairly thorough reviews of what was new in the US, UK and NZ independent music scenes. Some back-issues still available.

This site optimized for 1024x768 resolution, but 800x600 might still be OK too.
This site utilizes some Flash animation, so Flash 5.0 or higher should be loaded (or not).
